About Marlene Ward
Marlene
spent over 30 years with IBM South Africa. Part of
her responsibilities was in Employee Development,
developing and facilitating training programs in communication,
leadership and inter-personal skills.
In 1994 she started Marlene Ward Training. Her purpose
is to develop and present courses that tap into the
unique strengths and talents of each participant.
She structures the activities so as to encourage the
learner to combine expertise, knowledge and sound
common sense to produce uncommon results.
For the past 25 years she has spoken and trained
at numerous seminars and conferences, here and in
the Middle East, as well as attending overseas conferences
to keep up with the latest training trends.
Her achievements include accreditation in: Advanced
Training Skills, Advanced Communication and Leadership
skills and recently accreditation as a Professional
Business Coach. In 2005 she became an Associate member
of the National Speakers Association.
Since 1995 she has featured in the "Who's Who
of Professionals" for her outstanding achievements
in the fields of endeavour and her contributions to
the betterment of contemporary society.
She is an recorded provider with the Services SETA,
is awaiting accreditation as an assessor, and is certified
as BEE compliant.
