The
purpose of communication is Persuasion. The idea is
that every communication will be based on Purpose,
Process and People. "People Problems"
are usually "Communication Problems"
Identify your predominant behaviour style and learn
how to identify and to adapt to the needs of others.
You will learn to improvise in situations you have
not faced previously. This course provides the self-assessment
and self-knowledge in order to tap into the learner's
creativity, confidence and prior learning and experience.
Details:
- Road map to identify your predominant behavior,
and adapt your behavior to reduce tension,
- Build relationships, and communicate non-defensively,
- Listen to learn and avoid misunderstandings,
- Assert yourself while respecting others, create
rapport.
Attendees:
Anyone who wants to build and maintain relationships
with internal and external customers.
All training begins with understanding self. The learner
can move forward to start mentoring, and coaching
others to reach the same outcomes, once they have
an awareness and understanding of their values, principles,
purpose and standard of ethics.
